role summary
we are seeking qualified and committed production supervisors to manage shop-floor
operations across pultrusion, smc, dmc, bmc, and hand lay-up processes. the ideal
candidate should possess hands-on experience in composite production and the ability to lead a
team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
key responsibilities
supervise and coordinate daily production activities on pultrusion and molding lines
(smc, dmc, bmc, hand lay-up).
ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (sops),
and quality standards.
monitor and control production parameters resin mixing, mold preparation, curing,
trimming, and finishing.
coordinate with the qa/qc department for in-process quality checks and corrective
actions.
maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
implement and maintain 5s and workplace discipline across assigned lines.
support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.
candidate profile
education: diploma / iti / in mechanical, polymer, or production engineering.
experience: 2 to 3 years in frp manufacturing processes specifically pultrusion, smc,
dmc, bmc, and hand lay-up.
