Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or ITI Pass-out.

- ITI candidates from Fitter, Mechanical, Electrician or other relevant trades are preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing or machine operations will be an added advantage.

- Candidates should be willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

- Good discipline, punctuality and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.

2. Learn and operate production machinery under the supervision of experienced operators.

3. Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.

4. Maintain quality standards during the manufacturing process.

5. Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

6. Maintain cleanliness and workplace safety on the production floor.

7. Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.

8. Follow company policies, safety guidelines and workplace discipline.

Training & Career Opportunity

- Training Duration: 45 Days.

- Training Type: Paid practical industrial training.

- Monthly Stipend: ₹7,000, subject to applicable statutory requirements.

- Training Certification: Certificate based on successful completion and skill assessment.

- Permanent Employment: Candidates demonstrating good performance, technical skills, discipline and commitment may be considered for permanent employment on the company payroll, subject to company requirements and applicable employment terms.
