we are empyres group, mining and mineral processing company indulged in products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a mining and production engineer for our mine and plant at sawa, chittorgarh.

job responsibilities:

• assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.

• producing models or plans for possible mining sites.

• using specialist computer applications to maximize planning and production.

• monitoring and evaluating underground performance.

• managing construction projects.

• training and supervising staff.

• liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.

• check and maintain production output of the processing plants.

• submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.

• identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.

requirements:

• minimum 15 plus years of experience in similar industry.

• experience in using various types of mining and manufacturing machinery and tools

• the ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently

• exceptional organizational and time management skills

• experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation
