b) Wet Process-Basic Knowledge of Chemical-Polyol, Isocyanate, Release Agent and Anti Squeak and Trouble Shooting

c) Basic Knowledge of Moulds and Its Maintenance

 Basic Knowledge of Hardness and Density Achievement in PU Pads

 Basic Knowledge of Production Planning and Control

 Basic Knowledge of PU Chemical Behaviour & Troubleshooting

 New Product Development and Trouble Shooting

 Handling of Manpower

 Basic Knowledge of Shop Floor Management

 Basic Knowledge of Productivity and Improvement

 Knowledge of processes through SPC studies, Process qualification & Validation, Layout inspection, Process & Product Audit.

 Knowledge Control of Measuring Instruments through MSA & Calibration, Verification of Control Plans, Having Knowledge of IATF, OHAS, TS-

 Maintain the FIFO & LIFO of product to maintain the quality

line balancing activity through time study

 Daily Review of Rejection PPM-Reduction of Same by various Tools like CAPA, Problem Solving through 7 QC Tools, PDCA Method.

 Daily Review of Chemical Consumption by Plan vs actual consumption, Chemical consumption/seat set, Chemical consumption . SAP, PU Flash Data by Flash weight/Seat set

 Daily Updating of PU Pads Quality Parameter like Hardness, Density, IFM Rejections, In-house and customer rejections

 Review of Plant Maintenance and machinery availability with maintenance team and spares availability in plant as well as checking for effectiveness of Breakdown CAP Submission by maintenance

 MIS and MCM Preparation
