Production Manager (4-10 Years)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer/Manager to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring 34 years of hands-on experience in production environments, especially with CNC and VMC machines, along with strong knowledge of SolidWorks, technical drawings, and mechanical engineering principles. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production flow, quality assurance, and process improvements in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.

Operate and troubleshoot VMC, CNC machines; oversee programming and setting processes.

Interpret and work with engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications.

Ensure optimized use of manpower, machines, and materials to maintain high productivity.

Coordinate with the design team using SolidWorks for model reviews, design validations, and manufacturability.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

Monitor machine maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Maintain accurate production reports and documentation for audits and process analysis.

Guide and support production staff; provide training where required.
