Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day production operations to achieve production targets.

Plan manpower, production schedules, and resource utilization.

Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and timely delivery of products.

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Lead and manage production teams, ensuring effective workforce utilization.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, and other departments.

Track production KPIs, minimize downtime, and control production costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

10+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing operations.

Strong experience in production planning, team handling, process improvement, and shop-floor management.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
