products fabricated - pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, etc

candidate profile

diploma - mech/ production/ fabrication

min. 2 years experience in production / quality in similar static equipment industries / products

understand of asme codes

good communication and coordination skills

job profile:

will assist the production manager in production activities like

1. production planning & execution

2. executing daily fabrication and assembly activities.

3. ensure smooth workflow and job sequencing

4. monitor shop floor activities

5. oversee welding, forming, machining, and assembly operations.

6. report any issues or delays in execution.

7. understand and apply asme & tema standards

8. interpret fabrication drawings as per asme/tema requirements.

9. documentation & reporting

10. maintain production records, job cards, and shift-wise reports.

11. update daily progress for internal tracking.

12. material handling & traceability

13. assist in issuing materials to jobs and maintaining proper records.

14. monitor usage to avoid shortages or wastage.

15. coordination with departments

16. work with qa/qc, design, and stores teams to ensure smooth execution.

17. communicate updates to the production manager.

18. manpower & safety management

19. help allocate skilled workers to jobs based on requirements.

20. ensure adherence to safety guidelines and ppe usage.
