Production Manager (7-10 Years)

Key Responsibilities-

Plan and manage daily production activities

Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently

Monitor production quality and minimize defects

Supervise production staff and shift operations

Optimize manpower, machines, and resources

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams

Ensure safety standards and SOP compliance

Reduce downtime and improve productivity

Monitor raw material usage and control wastage

Prepare production reports and performance records

Requirements-

Experience in production/manufacturing management

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of production planning and quality control

Good communication and team coordination abilities
