we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production incharge to oversee and manage the production processes in our organization. the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production management, ensuring smooth operations, optimal efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

key responsibilities:

supervise production operations: oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality output.

resource management: efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

quality assurance: implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.

process optimization: identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

team leadership: lead and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging continuous development.

inventory control: manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

safety compliance: ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.

reporting: maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators (kpis).

qualifications:

proven experience as a production incharge or in a similar production management role.

strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

proficiency in production management software and tools is a plus.
