our company is looking for a plant head (production) with a creative & innovative mind. we want a

candidate with appropriate leadership skills to manage team.

primary responsibility

1. track employee performance by utilising performance monitoring systems.

2. to create production schedule & priorities job orders for production

3. day to day co-ordination with production team, dispatch team, marketing team, work station,

q/a, q/c, design etc.

4. responsible for monthly & weekly activity planning, material planning, delivery planning of

equipment’s

education

minimum education : - dme/be/me

experience

minimum experience :- 20+ years

candidate should have experience from chemical plant equipment manufacturing company, heat

exchanger industries, crane manufacturing company, sugar plant equipments manufacturing

company, heavy fabrication industries.
