Production and Mining Engineer

We are Empyres Group, mining and mineral processing company indulged in products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a Mining and Production Engineer for our mine and plant at Sawa, Chittorgarh.

Job Responsibilities:

Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.

Producing models or plans for possible mining sites.

Using specialist computer applications to maximize planning and production.

Monitoring and evaluating underground performance.

Managing construction projects.

Training and supervising staff.

Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.

Check and maintain production output of the processing plants.

Submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 plus years of experience in similar industry.

Experience in using various types of Mining and manufacturing machinery and tools

The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation
