Production Engineer

 Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement & meeting daily production targets.

 Daily checking by mixing machine and other machine processes chart.

 Responsible for line moldings and machine production related tasks in planning control and Trouble shooting.

 Check by MIXING machine batch quality , acceding by SOP .

 Design and implement cost – reduction changes .

 Provide short term training session of QA related problems.

 Check by machine parameters by SOP standards acceding in shop floor.

 Monitoring for Daily Work Management Board.

 Maintain document & Attended by audit.

MACHINE KNOWLEDGE :- machine with optimized process and Assembly.

 MIXING MACHINE :- Master Batch m/c , NO Objection m/c ,

 INJECTION MOULDING M/C :- Vulcanize , Colander m/c , Extruder m/c ,Knife Joint , Card Welding .

 EXTRUDER & CALCANDER M/C .

 CARD WELDING M/C .

 VALCUNISER .
