Production Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Production Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Thailand. The successful candidate will work full time from our office and will be responsible for various aspects of production management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Optimization: Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Technical Oversight: Provide technical support in the production line to ensure that all equipment is operating effectively and safely.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.

- Project Management: Lead projects related to production enhancement, coordinate with teams, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Data Analysis: Review production data to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize production output.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or an Advanced/Higher Diploma related to production and manufacturing. The ideal applicant should have strong analytical skills to interpret complex production data effectively. Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various departments and teams. Additionally, proficiency in using production management software and tools is expected. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement will be essential for success in this role.
