� Should have experience of working as a Trainer in BPO for minimum 1 year

� Should know Throughput, Certification & Training related terms

� Should be aware of Training KPIs & KRAs.

� Should be well versed with the functions & tasks of Trainer

� Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & 5 days working culture.

� Should have excellent communication skills.
