about the role:

we re looking for a passionate product development executive to join our r&d team and lead agricultural field trials, technical documentation, and research collaborations. the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agronomy or horticulture and a strong understanding of crop trials and data analysis.

key responsibilities:

manage and execute crop trials from initiation to reporting.

conduct in-house trials and analyze data for product development.

prepare technical reports, presentations, and trial documentation.

collaborate with farmers, universities, and internal teams for field research.

support the bd team with technical insights during field visits.

requirements:

🎓 . in agronomy/horticulture

🧑-🌾 experience required: minimum 2 years in the agriculture sector

💻 proficiency in ms office & statistical tools (r/spss preferred)

🌱 strong knowledge of crops, soil science, and sustainable agri practices
