Role: Product Designer - Design Systems

Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, govern, and evolve a scalable Design System.

Create and manage components, variants, tokens, and libraries in Figma.

Maintain clear and structured design documentation.

Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, UX, and Content teams.

Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure strong alignment between design and code.

Contribute to scalable and accessible UI architecture.

Support complex digital environments (e-commerce experience is a plus).

Profile Requirements:

Strong experience building and scaling Design Systems.

Advanced proficiency in Figma.

Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams.

Solid understanding of accessibility standards and scalable UI principles.

Hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable working in international environments.
