Review of loan documents to validate client and compliance requirements.
Verify accuracy and completeness of loan documents.
Update client’s LOS as per the information available in reviewed loan
documents
Follow and progress in learning all loan documents as per the training plan shared by client
Complete the task as per the expected quality and applicable turn time
Maintain the daily login times in client’s system as per the expectations set
by client
Review daily progress report and actively participate in all trainings and meeting, including but not limited to, refreshers training, quality meetings, daily huddles, client meetings, etc.
Keep abreast of various changes in document review guidelines, business processes, products, and systems.
