hiring-process design engineer:

be chemical with 08 to 12 years experience in the engineering of projects in the field of o&g, refining, fertilizer, petrochemicals etc.

developing or improving processes for existing products or creating new processes for new products.

monitoring and analyzing processes and performance.

experience in multiple projects will be added advantage.

hydraulic calculations, equipment/psv sizing calculations, thermal design of s&t heat exchangers and air coolers.

preparation of process datasheets for instruments, psvs and equipment.

plot plan, 3d model review, design review meetings, model review, design review meetings.

to be able to work on process engineering deliverables like pfd, p&id, heat & mass balance, hazop, sil studies, model review, design review meetings, technical bid evaluation and vendor document review.

proficiency in software like aspen hysys/flarenet, htri, edr.
