Experience
• Min 5 + years in pharmaceuticals/ healthcare
Key Requirements
• Expert in analytics, logical reasoning and MIS
• Expert communication skills in English, Hindi
• Handled minimum Rs 2 Cr sales revenue per month
• Expert in customer interaction and conversion
KRA’s
• Meet Gynecologists on a regular basis thereby building good relationship.
• Travel to locations to meet Gynecologists and create awareness about the organization's services.
• Identify and develop new opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
• Conduct CMEs.
• Conduct patient camps.
• Connect with leading newspapers and create awareness about the brand
• Strategic alliances with relevant brand to increase footfall in the clinic
• MIS & reporting.
