Location- 22 Ulsoor Road, Bangalore .

Responsibilities :

Knowledge of Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless solution, LAN, WAN, WAP, etc. from all leading OEMs.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless solution.

Conduct requirements analysis, design, development and implementation.

Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.

Conduct Proof of Concept and Proof of Value for customers.

Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets customers requirement.

Prepare and Present proposed solutions to customers.

Prepare and Present Bill of Quantity/ SOW.

Prepare and Present High Level Design Document and Low-Level Design Document.

Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers.

Work closely with Post Sales team as and when required

Conduct in-house trainings for sales team and provide knowledge support to the entire sales team.

Skills :

Good Communication skills.

Understand customer pain points and recommend the right products and services
