We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female Preschool Teacher to join our team in Viralimalai. In this full-time role, you will help nurture and educate young children in a warm and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Create Lesson Plans:** Develop fun and engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards to foster a love for learning in children.

- **Teach Basic Skills:** Introduce children to basic concepts like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters to build a solid foundation for their future education.

- **Promote Social Skills:** Encourage children to play together and share, helping them develop essential social skills and build friendships.

- **Assess Development:** Observe and assess each child's progress and development, using this information to adapt lessons to meet their individual needs.

- **Communicate with Parents:** Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress and share any concerns or achievements.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education () or a relevant professional qualification is required.

- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Patience and creativity to engage young learners and make learning enjoyable.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about teaching young children. Experience is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates as well.
