Job Description

Timings:- 8:30 am to 2:45 pm, Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays and Sundays are off)

Location:- Gurgaon sector 50 and sector 60

A preschool teacher is an individual who has a very important role in regard to their job duties. They are the women who are responsible for caring for young children while teaching them various things along the way. These individuals are the first teachers to provide instruction to the children and they have many different general responsibilities and their daily teaching role.

Responsibilities and Duties

Preschool teachers typically do the following

1. Plan and carry out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills.

2. Organize activities so children can learn about the world, explore interests and develop talents.

3. Develop schedules and routines to ensure children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime.

4. Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring problems to the attention of parents.

5. Keep records of the students progress, routines, and interests and keep parents informed about their child's development.

6. Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children.

7. Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.

8. Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.

9. Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.

10. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum(identify shapes, numbers or colours, do crafts, etc.

11. Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times.

12. Track children's progress and report to parents.

13. Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche.
