Job Summary:

and media relationships of our casting agency. The candidate will play a key role in

enhancing brand visibility, building media connections, managing public communications,

and supporting events and brands involving talent and productions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the casting agency and its talent.

● Handle crisis communication and reputation management.

● Collaborate with marketing and digital teams for integrated Brands.

● Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports.

● Manage agency’s public image through social media presence, public events, and

media partnerships.

● Ensure consistent messaging and positive brand representation across all

communication platforms.

● Assist in managing celebrity, influencer, and talent-related queries and interactions.

Required Skills:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Excellent networking and media liaison abilities.

● Good organizational and event coordination skills.

● Creativity in ideating promotional concepts and campaigns.

● Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related

field.

● 0-2 years of PR or media relations experience (entertainment or casting industry

preferred).
