SR Manager Product Portfolio

• 8+ years of experience in product portfolio planning & execution for b2b pharma products (minimum 5+ years’ experience in injectable for domestic & europe regulatory market)

• develop potential product list in line with market, customer, revenue growth, competition to be focussed

• preparing portfolio strategy & product identification from getting the lead from market, competitors, ims & export data & reviewing it on timely basis

• forecasting the future requirement & capacity of the plant in regards to product demand, regulatory status, & capacity availability.

• reviewing & approving of feasibility of product launch, business basket & outsourcing

• reviewing & implementing the strategy for product launch for country, product in radar, pmo, etc.

• reviewing & approving the business case.

• good in handling stakeholders, strong communication & articulation.
