job responsibilities:
program development
develop equipment programs based on equipment operation flowcharts;
adjust program logic according to actual on-site requirements to meet project needs.
on-site commissioning
conduct on-site debugging and optimization of equipment;
provide operation training to relevant personnel.
issue feedback & tracking
report all issues identified during commissioning to relevant departments;
follow up on the progress until issues are resolved.
qualifications:
more than 3 years of experience in robot maintenance or on-site commissioning.
proficient in at least one mainstream robot simulation, offline programming, and debugging tool.
familiar with at least two robot applications such as material handling, machine vision, tightening, etc.
experience in leading or participating in equipment bidding, introduction, and on-site commissioning for new factory setup is preferred.
strong problem-solving skills, clear logic, proficient use of problem-solving tools, and result-oriented mindset.
strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, good teamwork spirit, and excellent communication skills.
diploma or above in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
able to work overtime for equipment optimization and debugging when required.
experience in new energy module & pack production lines is a strong plus.
