skill set:

1. excellent programming skills in industrial plc's(siemens/delta, etc)

2. ability to develop front end gui (scada/ visual basic/ lab-view)

3. strong knowledge with communication protocols (rs-485/232, ethernet, etc)

4. strong hardware knowledge and testing/debugging skills

5. good communication skills for technical interaction with customers

6. willing to travel to customer place for product discussion/demo/installation
