1. Excellent programming skills in Industrial PLC's(Siemens/Delta, etc)

2. Ability to develop front end GUI (Scada/ Visual Basic/ Lab-view)

3. Strong knowledge with communication protocols (RS-485/232, Ethernet, etc)

4. Strong hardware knowledge and testing/debugging skills

5. Good communication skills for technical interaction with customers

6. Willing to travel to customer place for product discussion/demo/installation
