Education Qualification: BE (Instrumentation, E&TC, Electronics, Electrical)

Reporting : Lead Engineer / Engineering Manager

Compensation: As per market standard

Responsibilities / Job Profile:

€¢ Study of customer inputs and prepare technical queries.

€¢ Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned projects.

€¢ Understands the client requirement of the project.

€¢ Prepare required project documents as per given inputs such as System architecture, IO

count, IO assignment, FDS, Operation Philosophy, Panel drawing etc.

€¢ Understand inputs ., P&ID, C&E, Control Narrative.

€¢ Logic development or Logic Modification as per FDS/Operation philosophy/Cause & effect.

€¢ Preparation of Instrument datasheets like Transmitters, Valves etc.

€¢ Preparation of BOM of control panel design.

€¢ FAT/SAT Project support.

€¢ Ready to travel at the site 70% (International & Domestics)

Skills / Requirements

€¢ . in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & control/E & TC / Electrical.

€¢ Good communication skill.

€¢ knowledge of Automation, PLC, HMI & SCADA design part.

€¢ Should be able to doing Ladder & FBD logic programming in PLC/DCS software.

€¢ Knowledge of Process Fundamentals Sensors, transducers, valves, PLC, Relay logic etc.

€¢ Knowledge of Hardware & Software of PLC/DCS systems like Honeywell, Allen Bradley,

Siemens etc. (Preferred Honeywell- C300, SM, ControlEdge 900, RTU, HMI)

€¢ Excellent knowledge about control panels with FAT & SAT testing.

€¢ Knowledge of Control/Signal/System/Marshalling Panel Hardware, MCB, MCCB

relays/Barriers etc.

€¢ Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time

€¢ Knowledge of Process Automation or Safety Automation (Fire & Gas, ESD BMS) in the

Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Chemical & Fertilizer domain

€¢ Honeywell PLC/DCS/SM/SMSC Product Site commissioning experience is an added

advantage.
