Responsibilities:
1) Responsibilities All factory and office related work done at proper defined time
2) TO EMPOWER ON YOUR STAFF AND GETTING WORK DONE FROM THEM ANY HOW.
3) Check all the mails and respond them. Discuss on incoming call of customers for required delivery date
4) Handover jobs to the proper (Concern) team as per requirement
5) If any department has any problem discussed and cleared it in time
6) Meeting should be conducted every morning & attendance sheet should also be maintained
7) KRA (Key Result Area), KPI (Key performance Index) should be formed for each department
8) Training should be conducted & Training plan should be available for month.
9) Monthly review with director on companys progress on profitability.
10) Calculate some important ratio like value added per employee (NET PROFIT /NO OF EMPLOYEE), sales per employee (SALES/ NO. OF EMPLOYEE), inventory turnover ratio, scrap to production ratio.
11) Increasing profit and monitoring company profit monthly.
12) Proper production and manpower study should be done.
13) Define proper check list for each department for daily review and progress and submit to director.
14) Monthly progress report should be reviewed with a concerned person from all departments.
15) Terminate to non performing employee immediately & recruit at the same place.
16) Brain storming session for each department should be done.
17) Proper production planning should be done regularly as per customers requirement.
18) Customers PUV should be fulfilled.
19) You need to overview all departments problems on time and solve the same with 5W1H.
20) Maintaining all the systems like 5S, LEAN, KANBAN, 7 WASTES, 7 QUALITY TOOLS, TPM, Poke yoke, 3M, 7 wastes on field and also documentations and also providing training to staff for same.
21) Attain all targets for scrap, production and sales.
22) Providing company stock monthly.
23) Any other work given by director.
