# plant head – plastic processing unit

experience:- 10-15 years as a plant head in a sizable

company – (minimum no. of machines

– 28-40) must have handled machines

minimum 1800t. plastic processing per month (minimum 850-1500tons)

salary: 15-25lac (depends on the candidate)

job responsibility

1). manage operations to deliver timely as per customer demand

2). consistent improvement in oee as per targets defined

3). problem solving of the teams – maintenance, tool room,

quality, plant hr, production

4). contribution in profits through efficient manufacturing in the

plant

5). plan capacities well in advance & contribute to enhance the

capacity as per targets.

qualification :- cipet – plastics processing or mould

making or plastics or etc. or b-tech- mechanical
