Planning Engineer - Ayodhya - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Scheduling

 Preparation and review of baseline schedules (MSP) for all projects.

 Development of WBS, activity sequencing, and logic networks.

 Preparation of micro-level execution schedules for structure and finishing works.

B. Monitoring & Control

 Regular tracking of project progress vs planned schedule.

 Identification of critical path and slippages.

 Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for management.

 Validation of site-reported data before schedule updates.

C. Delay Analysis & Recovery

 Preparation of delay analysis reports (EOT support basis).

 Development of recovery plans and catch-up schedules.

 Coordination with site teams to implement corrective measures.

D. One Project Coordination

 Monitoring of Single project schedules from Head Office.

 Conducting periodic review meetings with site planning teams.

 Ensuring uniform planning practices across projects.

E. Reporting & MIS

 Preparation of dashboards, S-curves, and progress analytics.

 Submission of structured reports to management for decision-making.

Key Skills

 Strong command over MSP (Mandatory)

 Knowledge of construction sequencing (especially RCC / aluminium

formwork cycles)

 Analytical and reporting capability

 Strong coordination and communication skills
