Job Purpose

We are looking for a result-oriented Placement Officer with strong contacts in IT/software companies and corporate HR/recruitment teams to generate job opportunities and successfully place our trained students.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, corporate HRs, recruiters and hiring managers.

* Generate job openings and placement opportunities for our students through existing and new corporate contacts.

* Identify companies with active hiring requirements and arrange interviews/recruitment drives.

* Share suitable student profiles and coordinate the complete recruitment process.

* Follow up with companies and students to ensure offers and successful joining.

* Develop new corporate tie-ups and maintain long-term employer relationships.

* Maintain placement records and provide regular placement reports to management.

Key Skills

* Strong existing corporate/IT industry network

* Proven track record in student placements/recruitment

* Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills

* Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities

* Good understanding of IT/software job roles and recruitment
