Opening For Pipeline Engineer

Piping Engineer: Junior (4+ exp) and Senior (8+ exp)

Job Description:

� Responsible for Piping Engineering and to manage the respective post award detailed engineering, deliverables, and battery limit interface management with Client/PMC.

� Piping Engineering and review to ensure completeness and compliance to schedule and report progress on Engineering deliverables.

� Guiding Vendor for Detailed Engineering and Perform checks of Piping engineering drawings and Deliverables from Vendors.

� Preparation of Equipment Layouts, MTO for Piping Bulk and Piping Specialty, Review of Piping and Piping special items offers, Bid tabulations. Preparation and review of Insulation BOM.

� Ensure compatibility of the design with other engineering disciplines and ensure that the piping system design meets the requirements of the client/ operability and regulatory body etc.

� Coordinate with Vendor/Client /PMC for 3D models, detection of clashes, generation of GADs and Isometrics and final MTO, checking of stress analysis.

� Prepare specifications/datasheets MR, PR, IBR Package for Piping deliverables including and technical evaluation of the vendor quote for completeness.

� Must be Familiar with P& I Diagrams for Oil and Gas Projects, Using and Presenting 3D Model presenting Software and related utility (Navisworks Freedom/Simulate/PDS/PDMS/SP3D/E3D) and checks conformance to codes like API, IBR and ASME and other applicable international codes for piping generally used in Oil and Gas projects.

Software knowledge Required:

1) Knowledge of 3D Modelling software S3D, E3D, PDMS

2) Use of Navisworks Simulate/manager/SPReview.

3) AutoCAD

4) Knowledge of Stress Analysis and Caesar II will be added advantage.

5) MSOffice
