Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Pipe Fitter to install, assemble, maintain, and repair piping systems for water, gas, steam, or industrial purposes. The candidate should be able to read blueprints, cut and fit pipes accurately, and ensure leak-free connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping drawings.

Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools.

Install and fit pipes made of various materials (PVC, GI, MS, SS, CPVC, etc.).

Assemble and install pipe systems, supports, and related equipment.

Inspect and test systems for leaks using air or water pressure.

Use tools like pipe wrenches, threading machines, cutters, and welding tools.

Coordinate with plumbers, welders, and supervisors on-site.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or Pipe Fitting (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pipe fitting.

Knowledge of various piping systems and fittings.

Skills Required:

Good measurement and cutting skills.

Familiarity with industrial/commercial piping standards.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Physical strength and stamina.

Working Conditions:

Work may involve heights, confined spaces, or outdoor conditions.

May require travel to different sites.

Shift work or overtime based on project timelines.
