As a Picker & Packer, you will play an essential role in our warehouse operations. Your main responsibility is to prepare items for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Picking Items:** You will locate and select products in the warehouse based on orders. This requires attention to detail to ensure the right items are picked.

- **Packing Products:** After picking, you will carefully pack these items in boxes. It’s important to ensure that products are secured to prevent damage during transit.

- **Labeling Packages:** You will label each package clearly to ensure proper identification and tracking. This helps in maintaining organized and efficient shipping processes.

- **Inventory Management:** You will assist in keeping track of stock levels and report any shortages. This supports the warehouse in ordering and maintaining adequate inventory.

- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** It’s essential to keep your work area tidy and organized. A clean workspace minimizes accidents and improves efficiency.
