As a Picker & Packer, your primary role will be to prepare products for shipment by selecting items from inventory and packaging them securely. This job requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Picking Items:** You will select the correct items from warehouses based on orders. This requires accuracy to ensure the right products are retrieved for delivery.

- **Packing Products:** After picking, you will pack the items correctly using appropriate materials. This ensures products are safe during transit and arrive in good condition.

- **Labeling Packages:** Each package needs to be labeled accurately with shipping information. This helps in tracking packages and ensures they reach the right destination.

- **Inventory Management:** You will assist in keeping track of stock levels. Reporting low-stock items helps to maintain inventory effectively.

- **Maintaining Clean Work Area:** It’s important to keep your work area tidy and organized. This contributes to safety and efficiency in the workspace.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Basic understanding of handling inventory, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently while being part of a team.
