Interview For Picker & Packer || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Picker to join our team in Gwalior. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from shelves according to packing lists. This involves identifying products, ensuring they are undamaged, and preparing them for shipment. You will also assist in maintaining orderliness and cleanliness within the storage area, ensuring that products are easily accessible. Additionally, you may be asked to help with inventory checks from time to time to account for stock levels.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least their 10th grade education. While experience is not mandatory, those with up to 3 years in similar roles will find their skills beneficial. Attention to detail is crucial, as you must ensure the right items are picked and that they meet quality standards. You should be able to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully. Good physical fitness is preferred, as the role may involve moving and lifting items. A positive and proactive attitude towards work is essential for being successful in this role.
