Openings For Picker & Packer || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with little to no experience. The Picker will help prepare orders by collecting items from the warehouse and ensuring they are ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Order Picking**: Accurately select and gather items from designated locations in the warehouse according to customer orders to ensure timely processing.

2. **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory by checking stock levels regularly and reporting any discrepancies or low stock items to supervisors.

3. **Quality Control**: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

4. **Packing Orders**: Safely pack items collected for shipping, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled to avoid any mix-ups.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse staff to improve efficiency and meet daily operational goals, supporting a productive work environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade. We prefer individuals who have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing. Good communication skills are essential for working effectively in a team. The ideal candidate should also be physically fit to handle lifting and moving items within the warehouse. Reliability and a positive attitude are important for success in this role. Experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.&
