Openings For Picker & Packer || Freshers & Experienced

As a Picker & Packer, you will play an essential role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products for shipment. This full-time position is based in our Kolkata office and is suitable for candidates with minimal experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Picking Orders:** You will locate and gather items from the warehouse based on customer orders, ensuring that the correct products are chosen.

- **Packing Products:** After picking orders, you will securely pack items in boxes, ensuring they are safe for transport.

- **Labeling Shipments:** You will label the packed boxes clearly with shipment details to avoid errors during delivery.

- **Inventory Management:** You will help maintain the organization of the warehouse by keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.

- **Quality Checks:** You will conduct quality checks to ensure that the picked items meet company standards before packing.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and have basic reading and writing skills.

- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.

- Good physical stamina is expected, as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting boxes.

- Teamwork skills are important, as you will collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations will be an advantage but is not mandatory, as training will be provided.
