Hiring Freshers || Picker & Packer

We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Kalyani. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and gathering items accurately from the warehouse or storage area. You will ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Items: You will locate and pick items from shelves based on order lists, ensuring accuracy and speed.

- Packing Orders: After picking, you will pack the items securely, preparing them for delivery to customers.

- Maintaining Inventory: It is important to keep the inventory organized. You will help restock shelves and report any discrepancies in item counts.

- Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines is crucial to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:
