Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for picking products according to customer orders, checking product quality and quantity, packing items securely, and preparing orders for dispatch on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or invoices.

• Check product codes, quantities, sizes, and descriptions for accuracy.

• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.

• Pack products safely using appropriate packing materials.

• Label packages correctly with shipping and customer details.

• Prepare packed orders for dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Update stock records and report inventory discrepancies.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to complete daily targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic education preferred.

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage.

• Ability to read order lists, labels, and product codes.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit to stand, bend, lift, and move packages as required.

• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work shifts and meet daily productivity targets.
