Picker & Packer || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Ghaziabad. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently gathering and packing products for shipping. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Selection:** You will identify and pick items from storage based on order requirements. This involves understanding the order list and locating the items efficiently.

- **Packing Orders:** Once items are collected, you will pack them securely to prevent damage during transport. This includes using appropriate materials and following packing guidelines.

- **Quality Checks:** You will inspect selected items for quality and correctness to ensure that only the right products are sent out to customers.

- **Inventory Management:** You will assist in monitoring inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock situations to the supervisor.

- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Keeping the work area orderly is essential. You will be responsible for cleaning and organizing your workspace at the end of each shift.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and be males. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate order fulfillment. You should have basic knowledge of handling packaging materials and tools. Good communication skills are important for coordinating with team members. Additionally, being able to lift and move products safely is expected as the role involves physical activity. Reliability and the ability to work in a team are key attributes we seek in an ideal candidate.
