We are looking for a motivated and reliable Picker & Packer to join our team in Poonamallee. This role is essential for ensuring that our products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Picking:** Select items from inventory based on orders, ensuring the correct products are gathered according to specifications.

- **Quality Checks:** Inspect items for any damages or discrepancies before packing to maintain high-quality standards.

- **Packing Products:** Securely package products in boxes or containers to prevent damage during shipping while following company guidelines.

- **Labeling Shipments:** Accurately label packages with shipping information and ensure that each package is properly documented for tracking.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining inventory by updating stock levels and reporting any shortages or issues to the supervisor.

- **Clean Work Area:** Keep the packing area organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency in the workspace.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade.

- Experience is not necessary; however, 0-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the accuracy of orders.

- Good organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.

- Must be physically fit, as the role may require lifting heavy boxes and standing for extended periods.
