As a Picker & Packer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery. In this full-time position based in Delhi NCR, you will work from the office, collaborating with teams from various companies, including Swiggy Instamart, McDonald's, Pharmacy, and Citymall.

Key responsibilities include:

- Order Picking: Locate and gather items from the warehouse or store based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Packing: Safely pack the selected items to prevent damage during transport, following guidelines for packaging to maintain quality.

- Quality Checks: Perform checks to verify that the right items and quantities are selected before packing.

- Documentation: Maintain clear records of orders processed, including packing lists and any discrepancies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery personnel to ensure timely dispatch of packed orders.
