10th Pass Freshers For Picker & Packer

We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Siliguri. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with up to one year of experience, and we welcome candidates who have completed at least their 10th-grade education. Male candidates will be preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Selecting Products: Retrieve items from the warehouse or storage areas based on specific orders. This involves accurately identifying and collecting the correct products to meet customer requirements.

- Packing Orders: Carefully package items for shipment. This includes using appropriate materials to ensure that products are protected and secure during transport.

- Labeling Packages: Clearly label each package with order information. This ensures that packages are easily identifiable and can be tracked efficiently upon delivery.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the work area organized and clean. A tidy workspace promotes safety and efficiency in operations.

- Assisting with Inventory: Help with inventory management by counting and checking stock levels. Reporting any discrepancies will help maintain accurate inventory records.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing. Basic communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and following instructions.
