Physiotherapist - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will work full-time in our office and contribute to improving patients' physical health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess Patients: Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through discussions and physical tests to understand their needs and create personalized treatment plans.

- Design Treatment Plans: Develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to each patient's condition, focusing on recovery and improved mobility.

- Provide Rehabilitation: Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques, helping them regain strength, flexibility, and movement.

- Monitor Progress: Regularly check and document patients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Educate Patients: Teach patients about their conditions and provide advice on lifestyle changes, exercises, and methods to manage pain and improve health.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as BDS, ma, , or BVSC. It is important to have strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. The candidate should be compassionate, patient, and attentive, capable of motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Some hands-on experience, even through internships or volunteering, is preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this role.
