We are looking for a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our team in Noida Sector 127. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking needs through phone communication, ensuring excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information on banking services, account inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
2. Account Management: Assist customers with account-related processes such as balance inquiries, fund transfers, and updates to personal information while maintaining confidentiality.
3. Problem Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction throughout the call.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to escalate complex issues when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess a problem-solving attitude, and exhibit a strong commitment to customer service. A graduate degree is required, and candidates with 0-1 year of experience in customer service or banking will be preferred. You must be comfortable working from our office environment and be willing to adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
