Urgent Requirement For Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our blood center in Greater Noida West. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a relevant diploma in DMLT, BMLT, or BSc Nursing.

Key responsibilities include performing blood draws from patients, ensuring proper identification and labeling of samples, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with patients to alleviate concerns and provide support during the blood collection process.

The role requires strong communication skills and a personable approach, as you will interact with a diverse range of patients. As a full-time position, this job will require you to work on-site at our facility.

Candidates must demonstrate a valid degree or adequate work experience in phlebotomy. The ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail is essential, and a good personality is highly valued to create a comfortable experience for patients.
