Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist responsible for collecting blood and other specimens for laboratory testing. The candidate must ensure patient comfort, proper sample handling, and timely transportation of specimens.

Key Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture procedures

Identify patients correctly and label samples accurately

Maintain hygiene and infection control standards

Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures

Handle and transport specimens safely to the laboratory

Maintain records of samples collected

Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste

Manage collection kits and supplies

Required Qualifications

DMLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy / MLT

Freshers with training can apply

Knowledge of basic anatomy and blood collection techniques

Required Skills

Good hand-eye coordination

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle anxious or pediatric patients

Attention to detail

Basic documentation skills

Preferred (Male/Female both)

Experience in home sample collection

Two-wheeler with valid license (for field role)
