We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team in Rajkot, India. Key Responsibilities:

1. **Blood Collection:** Perform venipunctures and capillary draws accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient comfort and care during the procedure.

2. **Patient Interaction:** Communicate with patients to explain the blood collection process, answer questions, and alleviate any fears to enhance their experience.

3. **Sample Handling:** Label and store collected samples correctly, ensuring they are transported to the laboratory promptly to maintain their integrity.

4. **Hygiene and Safety Compliance:** Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment for both patients and staff.

5. **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of blood samples collected, including patient details and any special instructions for the laboratory.
