therapeutic area: prior experience in the gynaecology segment is a must.

job description -

key roles :

• to handle sales & business development of multispecialty segment.

• you will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & retention / development of team of mr's and achieving high pcpm and target achievement.

• arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;

• making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in gp surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.

• organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff

• establish plans like the field coverage plan, sales and prescription reporting plans, sales incentive plan etc.

• monitor sales activity through tracking of sales mis, formulate rolling sales plans to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• monitor stock inventories at hospital /retail pharmacies, monitor product usage patterns, coordinate with warehouse to prevent stock outs

• ensure forecasting accuracy by driving feedback from sales team and with close coordination with marketing team

• communicate key marketing strategies to the team and conduct group / individual interactions to check on overall understanding of the marketing strategy by field force.
