Candidate Requirements:

Current CTC Range: ₹ to ₹

General Criteria for All Locations:

Age: Not more than 40 years

Experience as Manager: Minimum 4-5 years

Therapeutic Area: Prior experience in the Gynaecology segment is a must.

Job Description -

Key Roles :

• To handle Sales & Business Development of Multispecialty Segment.

• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.

• Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;

• Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.

• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff

• Establish plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc.

• Monitor sales activity through tracking of sales MIS, formulate rolling sales plans to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Monitor stock inventories at hospital /retail pharmacies, monitor product usage patterns, coordinate with warehouse to prevent stock outs

• Ensure forecasting accuracy by driving feedback from sales team and with close coordination with marketing team

• Communicate key marketing strategies to the team and conduct group / individual interactions to check on overall understanding of the marketing strategy by field force.
